Join us for an exciting presentation from Melissa Chapman, a Designer-in-Residence at the VA Center for Innovation (VACI). VACI identifies, tests, and evaluates new approaches to efficiently and effectively meet the current and future needs of Veterans through innovations rooted in data, design-thinking, and agile development. Currently, Melissa is focused on increasing veteran access to mental health services. Previously, she's worked as an interaction designer focused on user-centered product, software and service design at IBM, Blackboard, and Projekt202. Melissa is a professor at the Austin Center for Design, an educational institution focused on transforming society through design.
