In this workshop you will learn new skills to help you to become more creative and innovative in promoting your location to investors. Our methodology is based on Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Strategic Communications techniques. We will guide you through a series of exercises with a real-world economic development challenge for a hands-on and collaborative learning experience.

Apply innovation skills in FDI and Economic Development with an investor-centered mindset
Use basic methodologies of Design Thinking (journey mapping, ethnographic interviewing etc.)
Become more creative in developing new services and processes in order to attract investors to your region
Learn how to engage in “problem-finding” to identify relevant customer and organizational challenges to spark innovation
Use powerful alternatives to traditional brainstorming to generate original ideas
