About this Event

Join us for a live webinar about a Mighty COVID-19 Analytics Response Team implementing major analytics and data transformation during the COVID-19 crisis led by an interdisciplinary team of six women across the UCSF Health System.

• Hospitals depend on reliable data which often exists as a siloed patchwork, with variable quality, participation and granularity across functions.

• Learn how to establish sophisticated, cross-functional data stewardship and standardization in a strategy that is sustainable for all future analytics initiatives.

• Key lessons about how to catalyze around a common problem, break down silos, work nimbly, and achieve data transparency.
