Innovation Games training with Jeff Brantley/John Heintz

Jeff Brantley is an unapologetic "product-guy" and game player. Jeff has been in product leadership, sales, and marketing roles since the early 90s and most recently consults with organizations as an Agile product manager, coach, game facilitator and market researcher. LinkedIn

Jeff is a certified facilitator and qualified instructor of Innovation Games(r), and as you can imagine, he says things like: "I like to have fun, and work does not have to be so much work! You can use games as part of your ongoing product and marketing activities for fun and profit!"

John is an experienced agile manager, particularly in lean and kanban.  John has coached large and small teams and once coached a 100 person lean/agile game studio. helping the organization increase its throughput of game features per month while coordinating cross-team cmmunication paths, resulting in a doubling of features in one year.

Innovation Games (in-person or online) can be applied to many different situations including: market research; team buiding; sales training; project planning and prioritization; portfolio planning and roadmapping; and of course brainstorming.

Games work at home. Games work at work.  Why not play games to help you do serious work in a more relaxed and fun context, while at the same time getting people REALLY engaged with you?

Don't talk AT them with powerpoint... Engage WITH them using games!
