Event Details

The idea behind innovation in healthcare ventures is to understand the drivers of change which creates innovation in the healthcare business. Medical business professionals are entrepreneurs who can push innovative changes in the medical practice. Using case studies, this presentation will address six factors that affect new health care ventures: structure, financing, public policy, technology, consumers and accountability. Understanding these key factors can help entrepreneurs in healthcare better manage change and creativity to grow their business and impact humanity.
