Our speaker, Carlos Menezes, has worked extensively across brands, digital disciplines and territories. Joining his previous agency as an intern in South Africa, Carlos set up its Search, Media, Data and Social departments before taking over the UK operations as managing director and overseeing its acquisition by and merger into the J. Walter Thompson network. During this time he also led much of the broader agency’s thinking into its Africa territories.
