Event description

Description

The rainy season may be coming to an end but the efforts to manage our stormwater never cease! Join us as we discover the latest trends in stormwater management and explore new technologies that help us make smarter decisions.

You will hear from Dr. John Stark, Executive Director of the Washington Stormwater Center, on what his team of researchers are focused on and how we can leverage them in best management practices here in Puget Sound.

Erin Rothman, CEO of StormSensor, will shed light on an innovative cloud-based technology that monitors our stormwater flows. She will also provide examples on how this data is transforming on-site management for private properties and municipalities across the country.

Following the presentations, we will have an audience driven Q&A that will give attendees the opportunity to explore member projects in Seattle and discover the resources available to help implement projects in time for next winter.

Lunch will be provided as part of the ticket cost.

We would like to thank Wright Runstad & Co. for generously providing the space.

Questions regarding ticketing or event details can be directed to Steven Fry at stevenfry@2030districts.org.
