Innovate is an HR meetup community spearheaded by Sprout Solutions. This is designed to provide an avenue for HR practitioners and stakeholders to learn, meet, and network with some of the great minds in the industry with the goal of finding out new ways of doing HR in the Philippines.

For the first Innovate event of 2019, we invited Atty. Lester Ople, Chief of the Human Resources for Energy Regulatory Commission, to share his expertise in the Philippine Labor Standard.

Atty. Lester Ople has significant experience in corporate Human Resources gained from reputable multinational corporations, spanning roles in employee & labor relations, employee discipline and labor compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll and recruitment processes. He also has experience in continuous improvement projects (ISO and 6S) which he leverages in improving internal processes in organizations he has been part of.

He has worked for GJ Holdings, Inc, SC Johnson Philippines ROHQand CGI Philippines in different sectors of HR.

In this month's Innovate, Atty. Lester will impart his knowledge in Remastering the Philippine Labor Standards.
