With rapid and constant change in the role of technology in everyday life, being an informed citizen means having some familiarity with cybersecurity. In the not-so-distant past, choosing a secure password and scanning for malware was enough to stay safe. Now the threat has amplified to state-sponsored, cross-border hacking and other threats.

Erick Herring will share current trends in the cybersecurity landscape and answer your questions.

He advises on product definition and development, cloud migration, cloud architecture, software development and testing, DevOps and technical operations, and software and physical security (CISSP). Erick is a board member of Innovate Pasadena, an advisor of the Los Angeles CTO Forum, and is active in both the Los Angeles and Pasadena tech communities.
