INNER WINTER | Nervous System resourcing
Overview
A gentle 60-minute workshop to help you understand what your female nervous system truly needs during your Inner Winter phase — whether that’s your menstrual bleed, postpartum, early pregnancy, or menopause transition.
This isn’t another “push through it” wellbeing session. It’s a soft, spacious hour to rest, learn and reconnect with your body’s internal rhythm, even if you’ve felt disconnected from it for years.
You’ll learn how your nervous system shifts during this season and explore simple, cycle-aware somatic practices to support yourself with compassion and understanding.
You’ll leave feeling:
✔ More resourced and at ease in your body
✔ Less confused by your emotions or energy changes
✔ Equipped with nervous system tools you can use straight away
No experience is needed and cameras are optional. Bring a blanket, a warm drink and a quiet space to unwind.
What’s included:
- Live guided workshop via Zoom (with replay)
- Gentle somatic practices you can do resting or lying down
- Practical nervous system support tools for your Inner Winter phase
