We present to you, Inner Sync, a Sound Bath, guided-meditation created with the intention to assist you into an inward, deep meditative state of heart grounding and equanimity.

A community circle that provides the space for a special individual like you to have the time to connect and recharge. Your inner growth, connection to higher self & source is very unique which brings about infinite possibilities and ways to connect and recharge. Whether you want to introspect, release, relax, go into a deep sleep, or connect with a spirit guide, Inner Sync is all about you, your peace of soul.

You also have the opportunity to meet, connect & engage with other beautiful beings in our community. We will also begin to integrate sacred types of plant medicine. We will begin the circle by sharing cacao & doing our intentions/or prayers together.

Inner Sync will also be showcasing another guide/facilitator each month. For this Sunday, we have Awakened Warrior Breathwork Academy guiding a Breathwork exercise.

This is a free of charge circle (donations are welcomed if you feel called to it). We accept cash or VENMO @illumin8healing.
