We waste 90% of our thoughts beating ourselves up, judging others, setting unrealistic expectations, procrastinating, and running from our emotions. Don't you think it's time to make better use of our energy?
Join Brian Lemmerman from Inner Sensei as we spend 8 weeks cultivating our focus and inner joy while quieting the mind and reducing stress so we can spend time on what matters. The mindfulness meditation curriculum in this course will help us remove subconscious barriers to our own greatness, and provide us with a framework for daily meditation.
