Inner Resonance Explorations in support of our Global Community

Greetings dearest Ones,

I want to express my deep gratitude to those of you who have sent me letters of resonance, recognition, and appreciation for facilitating a space to connect with each other as a global community. That tells me how much we all need to be together and support each other while creating opportunities for connection, transformation, and integration.

No matter where in the world your feet are touching the ground, we are all interconnected and living in symbiosis on this amazing and fragile Spaceship Earth, as Bucky Fuller rightfully called our planet... we truly need to manifest a better 'manual' to protect our species and the rest of the living.

After contemplating on what is most needed right now, I feel it is time to be united together and be with each other. I will create as many gatherings as I can to support our global community and to help harmonize our body, mind, and heart. I will immersive and transformative journeys through music, body awareness, energetic practices, and intentional prayers.



We will create a sacred space where we can explore what is present for each one of us. We will use the 5 Elements as a structure and will create a guided sound journey into listening (earth), connecting (water), transforming (fire), harmonizing (air), and integrating (ether). From that space we will make room for some group intentional sharing and prayers.​
