First session this Saturday is focused on How Satsang can help tackle Worry and Anxiety.

Second session this Sunday is focused on how Satsang can help in staying positive in toxic surroundings - people and situations.

Learn more about meditation and understand what is Satsang, a guided meditation process, that helps you Open your heart to light and love.

Join this new online 'Orientation Session' that will focus on how to meditate, will introduce you to an ancient practice of meditation. This session is an informal one for beginners and there is a focus on explaining the process and how to learn and practice. These session always includes 20 to 30 minutes of meditation on light.

Join us to relax, refresh your energies, calm your mind during the pandemic, while developing an ability to concentrate, manage stress, focus on the present, increase self-awareness and reduce negative emotions.
