Inner Bloom ~ Journey of the Heart

Come join us in sacred rewilding with mother earth as we delve into this magical journey of the heart. Inner Bloom is a three day, three night women's retreat nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills of Nevada City in Northern California. (Most women are traveling from Los Angeles so we will have carpools coming from LA.) (Also note* this is a camping retreat, bring your own tent and sleeping bag. If you do not have a tent please contact me and we will provide) This is our 4th annual immersion with the sacred land here and as we continue to meet Her on deeper levels the Spirit and aliveness of our connection with the land continues to thrive. Our theme this year focuses on the inner journeys we experience as women desiring to connect with our true nature and innate wildness. With mama cacao as our plant guide throughout, we will weave our way closer to our hearts and the bloom that begins within. Our schedule with flow as follows... Friday August 15th : arrival… 12pm-4pm arrival window to set up camp and ground individually

Saturday August 16th

• 5:45am~ Germination sunrise meditation with Lauren
• 8:15 am~community breakfast
• morning sessions~ Garden of Love~ tending to our gardens and connection with the land with Joanna
• Cacao Fruit Ceremony with Bobinsana journey
• 6:30pm~ Dinner
• evening sessions~ optional tea and fire connection

Sunday August 17th

• 7:30am~ grand rising
• 8:15am~ community breakfast
• morning sessions~ Sensing for Sacrality: Connecting to Create
• River Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Waters
• Symbolic Resonance: Creating to Connect with Lauren
• 6:30pm~ dinner
• evening sessions~ Back to the Heart~ song and dance around the fire

Monday August 18th

• 7:30am~ grand rising
• 8am~ breakfast
• 9am~ Flower Bath Blessings
• 11am~closing ceremony
• 12pm~ pack and departure

The immersion cost is $555. This covers all food, activations and ceremonies. You are just in charge of bringing yourself, a tent and sleeping bag, and any snacks you may want.
