Join us for a relaxing hour of exploration and relaxation just using ink.
We will take a look at October Gallery artist Julien Sinzogan as a starting point and inspiration then begin to make our own marks using just simple tools and drawing ink to think about our own mental health and how process-based art making can help reduce anxiety and be a way to get out of your head or any creative blocks you have.
You will need: sketchbook and/or nice thick paper, drawing ink (or you can use instant coffee mixed with a little bit of water), some card, cotton buds, paintbrush and other mark making tools like sticks.
