Intention:

We gather as women to breathe, to move, to feel, and to remember.
In this sacred container, we create a space where we move into the realms of magic, miracles, presence, and connection.
Together, we enter a field where breath becomes prayer, movement becomes medicine, and sound becomes the vibration of our awakening.

This day is an initiation, a return home to your power.

What to expect:

A deeply held, and sacred space where you’ll be guided through breathwork and gentle somatic, intuitive movement that feels right while we breathe. (Or you can be still if that feels best for you).

We will use our voices by humming and toning to create inner vibration and energy movement. This activates our inner energy centers. A goddess unfurling.

There will also be space for genuine sharing as well as sacred ritual of calling in the directions, working with, connecting to and receiving messages from our inner wisdom.

You will also have the opportunity to sit in the center of the circle of women and have all our love and healing energy poured into you. Allowing ourselves to receive, be seen and loved Initiates us. Our magic is felt, held and expanded.

The day is designed to help you open energetically, release what’s ready to shift, and step into your next level of clarity, love, and personal power. An Initiation.

Time: 10:30am - 4:30pm. This is a 6 hour event so that we have the space and time to go deep into the process and truly experience and touch our magic.

Your facilitators:

Chelsea Wise - 25 years of teaching breathwork, energy medicine, past life regression, and journeying into the liminal realms. Specializes in weaving the wave to the particle. The energetic to the physical.

I want to help others truly know the heart and spirit of the living beating worlds; of one another. To dream ourselves back into our magic. To let the barriers breathe between all things once again.
I remind women how to return from the realms with the magic intact, hands still glowing with mystery.

Jody Phoenix - With a degree in Women’s Studies along with over 20 years experience in the Social Work field; authentically connects to people with presence and kindness while thoughtfully and intuitively fostering rich experiences that mingle these modalities to guide individuals and groups into a journey of self exploration and a re-connection to one’s Sacred and authentic Self.

As a Shamanic Energy Medicine Guide and Breathwork Facilitator, I am called to shepard people towards remembering their truth. I aid in the unwinding and release of energetic imprints and density ~ ‘hucha’ so that an enhanced sense of balance and energetic lightness can become present.

What to bring:

*Wear clothes that are comfortable and cozy. Layers are best. as we move through the initiation process and energy flows you may vary in temperature.

yoga mat, small pillow, cozy blanket, bolster (optional), water bottle, mug, journal/pen, and a small sacred item to place on altar.

We will have a 30 min lunch break and a small breaks throughout the day. Please bring a lunch, snacks and water to keep yourself nourished and hydrated through our process. You can also purchase food at one of the cafes or shops near by.
