Start 2019 off learning how train your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. Join The Pause Practice during our six-week Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction (MBSR) course. During this weekly experiential course you will learn:

  • Techniques for deep relaxation and restoration

  • How to quiet your mind

  • How to calm your mind and take control over your emotions

  • How to increase the feeling of balance during moments of stress

  • Tools and tips on how to implement mindful techniques into your daily life

  • Common meditation obstacles and how to overcome them

Leave with knowledge of how to reduce stress, deepen concentration and better prepared to deal with the stress of day-to-day life.

What to Wear:

Dress comfortably and bring a wrap or blanket (optional)


What to Bring:

Bring a wrap or a light jacket to wear (optional), meditation cushions will be provided


Parking:

Free on-site parking is available.
