We aim to make mindfulness and yoga part of your daily routine. These practices have a lot of health benefits you might be missing out on! We believe that everyone should be able to get these benefits from anywhere.
This is an online safe space designed to help you heal, relax and find your inner peace. Our session include anxiety relieving routines, guided meditations, and light floor yoga flows.

Krystal is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation & Leisure Studies from Southern University A&M College. She has a background in Mental Health due to being a Recreational Therapist prior to becoming a full time yoga instructor. Currently she is a Health Educator and Yoga Instructor for the City of Houston. Her goal for Krystalight Yoga is to be an illuminating light to the community by educating and spreading education on health and wellness by way of yoga. She especially has a love for reaching & educating underserved communities on how they can utilize yoga for self-care & healing purposes.

Brandie has a long history of supporting female-focused non-profits and community development. She has volunteered abroad and is pursuing a career as a mental health advocate in her community. She is currently managing her Mindfulness and Wellness business, and Mental Health consultant, as well as being the Vice President of Real Queens Fix Each Other's Crowns; a nonprofit that focuses on the mental health of women and young girls. Outside of her busy schedule, Brandie has self published a poetry book and enjoys writing. She also enjoys finding new hang-out spots in Austin, as well as hiking, shopping for old books, and traveling.
