BRING YOUR OWN INFRARED CAMERA, or share our camera
Learn the subtle techniques you can use to pinpoint opportunities for improvement in an actual home, and for verifying your team got the job done right. Learn to quickly recognize the signatures of insulation deficiency or discontinuity, air leakage, and moisture. Includes report building at the end of the training, using Fluke's SmartView software.
Everyone knows the infrared camera is the energy auditor's coolest accessory, but the experts know that IR data in the wrong hands can be totally misleading. Learn what exactly infrared thermography does, how it can make your work easier and faster, when to ignore it, and why an energy audit can be successful on a 70º day.
- Understand the science behind the IR camera
- Learn how to properly use the tool, and how people easily misuse it
- Team your IR with other diagnostics to get your money's worth from it
- Build an effective protocol for your own IR inspections
