Description

Mobile Device Security - At Home and At Work

Mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablet computers, laptops and desktop computers are a growing target for attackers - resulting in increased risks to individuals and organizations who allow employees to "bring your own device" or share a device with the employee. Identifying and managing the risk that mobile devices present to an organization will be the focus of this event. We look forward to seeing you there!

Bios:

KEVIN CODY
Kevin is a Senior Consultant with experience working at several Fortune 500 enterprises. Although his particular expertise is geared toward hacking Web and Mobile applications, he is also experienced in the entire gamut from mainframes to embedded systems. Kevin is adamant on helping build-up developers through security, which can be seen in his involvement within OWASP or while speaking at events like CodeMash or BSides. In his spare time, Kevin can be found attempting to repair something (via online DIY videos), reading tech books, fishing, or simply spending time with his wife and children.

Kevin grew-up in the sticks north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He believes coffee is his personal ark reactor, which provides his super powers.
