The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services' (DBHDS), Division of Developmental Services invites you to attend an information session to learn more about the resources available to help people in the Settlement Agreement Population access their own home in the community with appropriate supports.
Target Audience: Individuals in the Settlement Agreement Population, their family members and Support Coordinators/Case Managers.
Who is included in the Settlement Agreement Population?
The Settlement Agreement Population includes individuals age 18 or older, with a developmental disability and who are in one of the following categories:
- Living at a training center, intermediate care facility, skilled nursing facility and eligible for one of the Medicaid DD Waivers
-Receiving Medicaid DD Waiver Services
- On a waitlist for Medicaid DD Waiver Services
