Event description

Description

Within the next several months, Portland City Council will consider a motion to withdraw the Portland Police Bureau from the Joint Terrorism Task Force. To ensure that business leaders in Portland understand the JTTF, can form an opinion about Portland’s participation, and then appropriately engage city leadership, the Citizens Crime Commission is holding this briefing to provide facts and address questions.

George Chamberlin, Assistant Special Agent In Charge with the Portland Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, will provide a briefing on the Joint Terrorism Task Force. He will be joined by Loren Cannon, Special Agent in Charge, and Pete Simpson senior leadership from the Portland Police Bureau.

There is limited space available. Please R.S.V.P.

Should you have any questions, please contact Stephen Reichard, Interim Executive Director, Portland Citizens Crime Commission, 509-999-3091 or email Stephen at stephen@reichardandassociates.com.
