Creating a more culturally diverse and inclusive workplace is a key challenge for many non-profit leaders. Is it a priority for you? If you are currently working in a senior position in an Ontario non-profit, join us to learn how to access free training, tools and resources to make your organization more diverse and inclusive.

The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) is partnering with the ONN to offer a program to help senior non-profit staff activate a diversity and inclusion plan. Free for selected participants, the training will involve e-learning, webinar, and in-person sessions over a four-month period with a focus on cultural diversity.

This program is for you if you’re someone:

who is currently working in a senior position at an Ontario non-profit
who is responsible for strategy within their organization (e.g., Executive Director, HR manager, etc.)
who is looking to increase diversity in your workplace; for example, exploring, developing or implementing diversity strategies

Cohorts will begin in February 2016, March 2016, and September 2016. The February cohort will be based in the Ottawa area in partnership with Hire Immigrants Ottawa (HIO); the locations for the March and September cohorts will depend on the number of applications received from other Ontario areas.
