Influencing with Impact and Integrity
Sometimes it can be tough to find a range of influencing styles that feel right for you (and don’t include being sleazy or manipulative!)
In this session we look at a range of different influencing styles and when you might choose each to ensure that you get the result that you want – in a way that feels right and appropriate for you
What are taster sessions?
The Leadership School taster sessions run on the third Thursday of each month; with a different topic each month. Each 3-hour taster session (9am - 12noon) is designed to be a brief standalone insight into the topic. They are short fun shots filled with tasty information and that are interactive and informative for a small group of participants
Who are they for?
These sessions are for
Established, experienced managers and leaders, who want to take some time to invest in their own development, get a fresh take and reinvigorate their leadership styles
New leaders who could do with some help to make the transition from managing to leading
They will probably lead a team; either with direct reports or a virtual team (e.g. project team) and/or who influence across the organisation (e.g. a technical specialist)
What time do I need to be where?
All taster sessions are being held at the Engine Shed, Station Approach, Temple Meads, Bristol, BS1 6QH
The sessions start promptly at 9am with coffee and networking from 8.30am
The sessions finish at 12 noon
