This workshop is designed for employees at all levels who are interested in creating positive change in their work environment or whose role requires them to gain buy-in from others, including people in power, direct reports and cross-functional teams.

All levels and disciplines are welcome, from junior staff members to senior leadership. (Individual contributors, this is for you, too!)

The class size for this workshop is capped at 20 people.

Who's the instructor?

Lara Hogan is an author, public speaker, and coach for managers and leaders across the tech industry. As a founder of Wherewithall, Lara and her team run workshops, roundtables, and trainings on core management skills like delivering great feedback and setting clear expectations.

Before Wherewithall, Lara spent a decade growing emerging leaders as the VP of Engineering at Kickstarter and an Engineering Director at Etsy.
