Join your peers for a workshop in which we'll learn about Leveraging Your Points of Power.
This special session is hosted by the Hampton Roads Chapter of the American Payroll Association (HRAPA), in partnership with PDCHR.
You are welcome to attend the entire HRAPA meeting starting at 7:30 am or you can drop in by 9:45 for this presentation. Full meeting agenda follows below.
Donna Norman—Principal for the DN Leadership Group—will facilitate our discussion on how to influence others through the positive elements of power. Donna will cover the following and more:
- Define the five main power sources
- Leveraging your identified points of power
- Increasing your effectiveness by leveraging the power of others
This is a "bonus round" in the PDCHR series focusing on association executive leadership competencies. You can attend any or all as you wish!

About our presenter:
As your Certified Executive and Personal Development Coach, Donna L. Norman will help you leverage your innate skills to grow in your career or as an entrepreneur. She specializes in coaching strategies, equipping you with the tools needed to move forward and grow. Donna’s skill in developing talent has translated through the corporate world, higher education, and many budding entrepreneurs. She has a master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from The George Washington University. She is a wife and mother of three who enjoys reading books, playing board games with family and friends, and serving at church.
