Influence Inside: Strategies for Employee Civic Engagement
Event Information
About this event
It’s not only customers who expect brands and corporate leaders to show the world what they stand for. Employees do too, especially the younger generation of Millennials and Gen Z who are increasingly diverse.
If you can’t get the workforce walking your halls to become brand champions, then who else is going to do it? In today’s climate, corporations must increasingly adapt not only what they do, but also what they say and how they say it. The domains of government affairs, communications, and social responsibility are more interconnected than ever. This panel will discuss how to influence perhaps the most important stakeholders of all - those inside the enterprise.
The expert panelists will discuss communications and engagement strategies for internal and external audiences, efforts to increase employee civic engagement, and the convergence of government affairs and social responsibility.
Panelists:
Mayealie Adams, Director of Compliance, Political and Government Affairs at Philips
Trung Tieu, Manager, Supplier Diversity at PepsiCo
