About this event

Experience the joy of bonding with your baby through our Infant Massage Workshop (Online). Discover how the gentle and loving techniques of infant massage can contribute to your baby's development while strengthening the infant-parent bond. This gentle practice promotes overall well-being, relaxation and improved sleep, while also offering relief from discomforts like gas, constipation, and vaccination site soreness.

Join us on Zoom for live instruction, demonstrations, and the opportunity to practice with your own newborn. This class involves two-way communication between the instructor and participants. The instructor will observe your massage techniques and make suggestions accordingly, so it is expected that all participants have their cameras on for the majority of the class.

Class Length: One session, 2 hours

Class Fee: $50 per family, including the parents and infant

What you will learn:

  • Benefits of infant massage for both parents and babies
