FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY FOR INFORMATION AS NEW POLICIES ARE IN PLACE REGARDING THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES.

Indy Pride, Inc., exists to unite the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) community of Central Indiana through leadership development, educational and support programs, and community events that achieve inclusivity, equality, strong community connections, and awareness of LGBTQ issues.

Registration Dates?

Early Bird Food Venord Registration Closes at 11:30pm on March 22nd, 2019

Tier I Food Vendor Registration Closes at 11:30 on April 12, 2019

Tier II Food Vendor Registration Closes at 11:30pm on May 4, 2019

+There will be no vendor registration after May 4th, 2019

Festival Date and Time:

The Festival is on Saturday, June 8th, 2019

Gates open at 11AM

We ask vendors to stay open until 9PM. All Food vendors must be closed no later than 9:30pm.

Park Closes at 11PM

When will I be able ot set up?

All food vendors will load in the evening of Friday June 7th. Additional information will be sent closer to the festival but please be available to load in on Friday. Saturday load in will not be possible.

How big is each space?

Every traditional space is 10x10 and your entire operation must fit within this space. If you have an operation that will take up more than 10'x10', you will need to purchase larger spaces. We have spaces that are 10x10;10x20; 10x30; 10x40 or 10x50. So, for example, if you have a food truck that is 25ft long, you'll choose teh 10x30 option.

What can I sell?

Your standard on site preperation food vendor booth may sell whatever foods you wish in accordance with the local food laws. Your booth will also be able to sell non-alcoholc beverages at the pre-determained sizes and rates equal to that of the bars. This shall be 20oz bottles only and priced at $2 for water and $3 for soda or gatorade style beverages.

On June 8th sunset will occur at 9:11PM

How will we get into the park?

Each Vendor will receive 8 vendor badges for the day.

What do I get with my Vendor Registration?

With your food vendor registration you will receive a table, 2 chairs, and 8 vendor badges that will serve as your tickets for the event. (If you buy a space larger than 10x10, we will accomodate with two chairs and a table for every 10 ft of space purchased)

What if I need an extra table or chairs?

If you need more than what is offered in the basic vendor package you can add on various items. Items like extra tables, extra chairs, electricity for your booth... etc.

REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION / NO SHOWS: A 75% refund will be given with a written request received by March 31st, 2019. A 50% refund will be given with a written request received by April 30th, 2019. No refunds will be given for any request received after April 30th, 2019. Vendors understand that Indy Pride, Inc. has no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or government intervention or any other cause that may prevent and alter and or interrupt the Festival, and participants shall hold Indy Pride, Inc. harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event. Indy pride, Inc. does not refund fees due to weather.
