Description
The Riley Cheer Guild invites girls, their friends, and their families to experience an American Girl Fashion Show™. This fun, engaging program showcases historical and contemporary fashions for girls and their dolls.
Doors open at 10:00 am.
Show starts at 11:00 am.
The audience will delight in historical clothing that resembles what the popular American Girl® characters might have worn. Contemporary, Girl of the Year, My American Girl Outfits, the new Wellie Wishers Outfits, as well as sweet Bitty Baby fashions for little girls will complete the program.
The event will also include a selection of a light meal, party favors, American Girl raffle prizes, door prizes, and a hair salon just for dolls. A Fashion Show Marketplace will be available to purchase American Girl Fashion Show exclusive souvenirs such as shirts, doll clothing, accessories, and much more! For an extra fee, your American Girl can join others in a limited opportunity to “walk the runway” during intermission. She will receive a souvenir t-shirt, and during intermission she will have the opportunity to have her name read aloud while she does a runway walk with her doll.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Riley Cheer Guild Toy Room and Music Therapy Programs at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health.

What time can I check-in?
Doors open at 10am for the 11am show. Come early and browse the onsite Marketplace for souvenirs, "up-do" your American Girl doll's hair at the salon, and mingle with your friends who dearly love their American Girl doll.
What food and beverages will be provided?
A light meal will be provided including Petit Chicken Parmesan, Creamy Fettuccini Alfredo, Glazed Baby Carrots, Freshly Baked Rolls, Lemonade, Tea, Water and an American Girl Cupcake.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. Parties who wish to be seated together MUST purchase tickets in one order. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to seating arrangements, parties must place all ticket orders at once.
Each table seats up to 10 guests. If you would like to purchase a table, you will need to order 10 tickets which has a savings built into the table pricing. This value will be calculated by Eventbrite and displayed in the final price.
Who must purchase a ticket?
Each person in attendance - regardless of size or age - must purchase a ticket, as they will be seated at a table, partaking in refreshments, and enjoying the performance.
Will there be American Girl Souvenirs available?
Yes. You can pre-order your souvenirs online when you purchase your tickets. To ensure your order is ready for show time, online sales must be completed by Saturday, October 30, 2016 (11:59pm). You can still buy souvenirs at the onsite Marketplace during the event.
Pre-Ordering Souvenirs - A limited amount of merchandise exclusive to the American Girl Fashion Show™ will be available for purchase in our Fashion Show Marketplace, but since it sells out quickly, we advise guests to pre-order merchandise as we cannot guarantee that it will be available to purchase at the show. Doll treat seats are only available by pre-order purchase.

You can purchase the following items online (some for a discounted rate) as you purchase your tickets. Most will also be available for list price at the onsite marketplace during the event. You can pick-up a voucher at check-in for all your online purchases.
- VIP Guest Model Runway Walk: your child and her doll can walk the runway at intermission (limited quantity, must be pre-ordered by Sunday, October 30, 2016 (11:59pm); not available at onsite Marketplace)
- American Girl doll hair salon: hairstyle for 1 doll $10 online ($15 at onsite Marketplace)
- American Girl doll hair salon: hairstyle for 2 dolls $15 online ($30 at onsite Marketplace)
It's my child's birthday, can we do anything special?
Yes! With the Birthday Package ($60), we can help you commemorate your child’s birthday American Girl Style! Your child’s birthday will be announced by the emcee during intermission as she strides down the runway as a VIP Guest Model. Also included in this memorable moment are a Birthday Tiara, a Birthday Gift Basket, and one Fashion Show Souvenir T-Shirt. It will be a birthday she will never forget!
Limited quantity available. Must be pre-ordered by October 30, 2016 (11:59pm) to ensure souvenirs arrive. (Not available at the onsite Marketplace)
What are my parking options at the event?
There is plenty of free onsite parking.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can update your attendee registration information via Eventbrite's online registration.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Please bring your ticket as a record of your seat and add-on purchases.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Riley Cheer Guild cannot issue refunds for tickets, fees, or add-on souvenir purchases.
If you are unable to attend the event and purchased add-on souvenirs, those purchases will be available for pick-up at Riley Hospital.
