Please join the Guarini Center and a group of distinguished energy industry experts for a discussion on climate change regulation.

Panelists will provide their thoughts on the pros and cons of a number of proposed or implemented policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions including federal carbon taxes, carbon adders to be administered by independent system operators, renewable energy mandates and more.
