Sedat Akleylek, Ph.D.
Associate Professor
Department of Computer Engineering, Ondokuz Mayıs University, Turkey

Sedat Akleylek received the B.Sc. degree in Mathematics majored in Computer Science from Ege University in 2004 in Izmir, Turkey, M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Cryptography from Middle East Technical University in 2008 and 2010, in Ankara, Turkey, respectively. He was post-doctoral researcher at Cryptography and Computer Algebra Group, TU Darmstadt. He is currently employed as an associate professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Ondokuz Mayis University, Samsun, Turkey. His research interests include in the areas of post-quantum cryptography, algorithms and architectures for computations in finite fields. He serves as an editorial board member of several international journals. His projects about post-quantum cryptography are funded by TÜBITAK (Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey). He is the principal investigator of Cyber Security and Cryptology Laboratory at Ondokuz Mayis University.
