This class is designed for runners who would like to keep their winter workouts fresh and increase their speed and strength by doing some specific speed workouts in the winter. This class will also help you better understand how to use your heart rate monitor. We will cover stretches for runners but also incorporate foam rollers, stretching straps, and other important training aids for runners. A short component of each class will be devoted to strength training for runners.
