We are officially opening a fundraiser with an Indoor Game Festival to the following :

5. Karaoke Contest by scores

RULES of the Activity:
• All students below 18 years old must submit their parental consent form ( Access this google document to accomplish Parents Consent Form>>>https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YE9GyJajhoHOKC9NuSvafnGAw-fEDylZmktGuEGDUl4
• A valid ID is required when entering the premises.
• Selling or swapping of tickets claimed from us are strictly prohibited. You must directly get them from this eventbrite or from booths in Agudo stores of Liwayway, Mauban, Quezon.
• The event is strictly semi-formal (shorts and sleeveless not allowed). WEAR SOCKS.
• We only accept 7 persons per entry at a time.
• If vaccinated, submit xerox copy of vaccination card, bring the original card for verification.
• Social distancing protocols strictly observed. NO FACEMASK, NO ENTRY
Cost of Ticket: 5 pesos per entry
Proceeds of Funds: A.R.M.Y. Funds and Indoor games prizes of Fan Club.
