Indira Elias celebrates her debut release, Songs from a Moon//Songs by the Sun, with an intimate performance of the album by her full, eight-piece band.

Fresh off the back of a Generations Fellowship with Powerhouse, Create NSW and Astral People, Indira has had a cracking 6 months. She independently released her album in October 2021, with singles that garnered support from Triple J, FBi Radio and 2SER, culminating in a nomination for FBi Radio's SMAC Record of the Year 2021. Third single from the album 'Dreamy Youth' was shortlisted in the 2020 Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition.

After time spent cocooning, writing and collaborating with local and international talent, and composing her first theatre score, Indira and her spectacular band of Sydney talent are ready to share their music live. She will be accompanied by Zigi Blau (keys), Kiri (singing & trombone), Ida Warhol (singing & harp), Jarvis Morrow (drums), Harnit Bharaj (guitar), Ella Haber (singing & trumpet) & Sarah Homeh (bass).
