The 3rd webinar in our funder focused 4-part webinar series exploring Indigenous Peoples and Climate Change in the Amazon.
About this event
To set the stage for uplifting Indigenous voices and priorities during the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 26), International Funders for Indigenous Peoples (IFIP) is partnering with Nia Tero to offer a four-part funder focused webinar series centering Indigenous Peoples and Climate Change.
The webinar series provides a platform for donors and civil society members to hear directly from Indigenous leaders regarding their priorities related to climate change. This learning opportunity provides donors and Indigenous allies to understand how they can support and amplify the voices of Indigenous Peoples at global forums such as the UNFCCC.
Our 3rd webinar in the series will focus on The Amazon. We welcome the following Indigenous panelists and moderator:

- Jessica Wapichana, Executive Secretary, Coordination of Indigenous Organizations of the Brazilian Amazon (COAIB)
