Indie Pop Up Signing: Birmingham
The Indie Pop Up Signing is an exclusive intimate author signing event designed for local indie UK authors and their readers to meet in a more intimate setting.
Following the success, and wonderful feedback of our first event held in Manchester in January 2016, we decided to extend the idea and take the Indie Pop Up Signing on tour.
Our next event will be held in Birmingham and will cater for 20 local Midlands authors with only 100 attendee tickets available. The event will be in two sessions allowing the 50 attendees and authors time to meet in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You must be 18 or over to attend.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The nearest train station is Birmingham New Street Station (0.3 miles from the venue - approx 5 minute walk)
There are several car parks within walking distance of the Studio -
NCP High Street (0.3 miles from the venue - approx 5 minute walk)
NCP Londonderry House (0.4 miles from the venue - approx 8 minute walk)
The Mailbox (0.5 miles from the venue - approx 10 minute walk)

To obtain discounted parking for the NCP car parks please ask for a voucher from the car park reception.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Food or drinks not supplied by thestudio cannot be consumed inside the venue (Refreshments will be available - see refreshment secion below). However, bottled water is acceptable.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer the registration ticket to another attendee's name.
You can do this through Eventbrite, then forward the registration ticket to them via email.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket sales are final.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will be accepting tickets via electronic ticketing but in event of any technical difficulties please bring along your printed ticket.
Is the event disabled accessible?
Yes. Please contact us prior to the event so we can make arrangements.
Will refreshments be available?
Yes. Thestudio have the Antrim Bar situated on the same floor as the event. Hot and cold beverages, alcohol and food will be available to purchase.
