Dina, an American Indian of the Colville Confederated Tribes, is a Professor of Native American Studies at Cal State San Marcos and co-author of the book, “All the Real Indians Died Off and 20 other Myths about Native Americans”, which seeks to dispel stubborn stereotypes regarding American Indians and their identity in today’s contemporary world. Yes, American Indians surf too!
