Join us for the 3rd Annual Indiana Spirits celebration as we gather for a birthday party fit for a bicentennial. This year, Indiana marks 200 years of statehood, and we’ll celebrate in style with beer, wine and spirits tastings from Hoosier producers, food from local restaurants, and dance music by Indianapolis based The Doo! Band. Party-goers will also enjoy activities and games like making your own party hat, party scrabble, mingling with Hoosier characters, a festive photo booth experience and more! During the event guests will also experience our two bicentennial exhibitions, 200 Years of Indiana Art: A Cultural Legacy and Indiana in 200 Objects: A Bicentennial Celebration. This will be the best birthday party Indiana has ever seen.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites to develop high quality exhibitions and dynamic programming for visitors and school children across the state of Indiana.

Tickets: Paper tickets will not be issued. Please bring your ticket confirmation with you to event check-in. Photo ID required at entry.

Located in White River State Park in downtown Indianapolis, the Indiana State Museum brings the best of the museum world to Indiana. Spanning three floors of Core Galleries, the museum tells the story of the Hoosier state, and features a year-round calendar of exhibits that dive deeper into Indiana art, science and culture. Constructed completely from Indiana materials — including limestone, sandstone, steel, brick and glass — the building itself is a work of art, with icons representing each of Indiana’s 92 counties integrated into its exterior walls. Step inside, and you’ll be invited to explore Indiana’s past, present and future through scientific, cultural, historical and art exhibits that help define our place in the world.
