About this event

The Indiana Construction Roundtable is proud to host its 2021 Annual Conference on October 7th in Indianapolis, Indiana. This event gathers leaders throughout Indiana from the construction industry to discuss the challenges facing the state's construction industry. Those who attend are sure to leave with a renewed sense of pride in their industry and ideas for leading in the coming year.

This year ICR will host this landmark event at the Indiana State Museum for over 250 construction professionals to spend a day of networking, education, and dialogue. Education is the primary focus of the ICR Annual Conference. This year's conference focuses on leadership development, diversity, sports in Indiana, and WELL Building.

ICR is comprised of companies driving construction demand throughout the state. Indiana's economic development engine continues to bring new business to the state, and the state's current institutional anchors are investing in expansion for their corporate infrastructure.

Former Super Bowl Champion, Gary Brackett, pursues his professional ventures with the same passion and voracity as he did his nine-year career in the NFL. His unshakable confidence, unmatched work ethic, and unwavering commitment to constant growth and learning has served him well in his seamless transition from football to business. An accomplished entrepreneur in his post-football life, Gary is a two-time author (WINNING, 2011, and GRIT, 2021), podcast host, corporate trainer, and success coach; but his greatest passion (outside of being a pro dad to his three beautiful children) is helping people thrive—not only in business, but in life.

Gary brings the same energy to his speaking engagements and coaching clients that he did to the field—inspiring, motivating, and empowering audiences and clients alike to find the best within themselves, apply championship strategies to leverage success, and to realize their goals and enjoy a life of fulfillment and happiness in all areas of their lives.
