Join us to learn about Indiana resources to help teach about our amazing state. Learn about the new Indiana and You app (CitizIN) to help teach Indiana Studies. The workshop is K-12 appropriate.

  • Do you want help teaching about Indiana or Indiana Studies?
  • Do you want 5-21+ Professional Growth Points?
  • Do you want free lunch and Free parking @ IUPUI?

The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 15, 16, 17, and 18 in Indianapolis on the IUPUI campus. Sign up for one day -- or for all 4. You can earn as little as 5 PGP points, or as many as 21+. You decide! There is NO charge for this workshop.

Each day has unique content featuring lessons, activities, resources, speakers, and fieldtrips integrating civics, geography, economics, and history focused on Indiana topics. See the draft agenda below.

Participants will have the opportunity to review the content for the free Indiana Studies app being developed to align with the new high school Indiana Studes course.

All grades are welcome as much of the materis are adaptable.

When you register for the workshop, you will be contacted to find out which days you wish to attend.
