About The Founders:
Priyam and Kalindi, a husband and wife duo, come from backgrounds in the academia and corporate worlds. Priyam Bakshi, was the director of Global Technology for a multi-billion financial firm responsible for managing all aspects of technology and infrastructure for over 10+ worldwide offices. A real foodie at heart, he enjoys travelling and experiencing the joys of discovering known and unknown food places. Kalindi Bakshi is is a trained Neuroscientist, Researcher & Medical Professor, who pursued her passion and dream of running a food business. Kalindi’s love and passion for cooking, along with Priyam’s desire and vision to bring the most deliciously Indian food to the forefront of the food industry, resulted in the birth of Phirki.
