Indian Food Rocks
One Day Workshop
Learn how to cook healthy Indian food using simple spices coupled with fresh produce, as well as a few basic techniques that are the foundation of home-style Indian cooking. Dishes will be drawn from various regions of India.

What the cancellation policy?
Class registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer registration to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior the start of class. Under 7 days, you may resell or give the class to a friend (please let us know who will be attending in your place). Missed classes may not be made up.
The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes and/or substitute instructors. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement?
We require students to be 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified in the class description. Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian. Please use our "Group Discount" registration option above.
