What time should I arrive?

Registered attendees should plan to arrive by 5:30. We will seat registered guests on a first come, first served basis (5:30–5:50), with any remaining seats released to waitlisted attendees at 5:50pm.  We are unable to offer a livestream or overflow seating option.

Can I park on campus?

Yes, and because of the venue's central location, most Uptown UC parking lots are convenient. UC Parking Services offers a real-time tracker of its lots, rates and other information for visitors here: https://www.uc.edu/about/parking/visitors/uptown.html. Street parking is also available.

Is street parking  available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Street parking is available on Clifton Avenue, Calhoun Street, and MLK Drive, as well as side streets. There are also two non-UC garages on Calhoun.
