Mental fitness is like gym classes for your brain. It quiets negative thoughts and helps you cope with the unexpected. Learn more!

About this event

As a woman in medicine, you face unique stresses, which the pandemic has only exacerbated. Do you:

• Feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or irritated by “little” things?

• Tend to go down the rabbit hole of perfectionism, where nothing feels like it’s good enough?

• Have a voice in your head says your ideas/expertise/experience/training/parenting just aren’t good enough?

• Find self-care takes a back burner because of all that you “should” do?

• Feel guilty when you say no, even when it’s the right thing for you?

Mental fitness can help.

Mental fitness is like gym classes for your brain. It helps you quiet the negative thoughts that hold you back (your saboteurs) and move through your life from a wiser, more grounded stance (your sage). It can increase your ability to cope with the unexpected and to excel while keeping multiple plates in the air. I personally found mental fitness training to be so impactful that I trained to be able to offer the practice to my clients.

Intrigued? Learn more at this complimentary informational webinar! You’ll be able to complete a free assessment to learn more about the specific saboteurs that hold you back. Increase the joy--bring a friend!
