Is pain preventing you from exercising the way you want? Chronic pain, such as in the foot, back, knee, and shoulder, can often be the result of a lack of flexibility in key muscles. Anneliese Piazza, MS, will share her expertise on how to target tight muscles and tendons that may be contributing to current injuries and allow you to increase exercise performance. This will be a hands on work shop where you’ll get to try out some of the best myofascial release tools as well go through a stretching routine.
