To continue our commitment of promoting inclusive, equitable, and antiracist workspaces, West Michigan Partnership for Children (WMPC) will offer a free virtual leadership training to Kent County private foster care agencies’ leadership teams. The 3-hour DEI + Inclusive Leadership™ Workshop is a highly interactive course designed to equip leaders to develop their effectiveness in creating inclusive work environments and understand how to operationalize diversity, equity, and inclusion. Building on Deloitte’s research based “Six Traits of an Inclusive Leader” Model, the course provides participants with practical strategies for growth and development in each of these areas. All participants will receive a cheat sheet filled with relevant, practical, and proven strategies for moving the DEI work forward in their organizations.

We will offer several opportunities to attend this workshop. To ensure maximum results, training sessions will allow up to 30 participants.
