This free four-hour training provides District Businesses, security personnel, and first responders with the information and resources they need to:

  • Understand the current threats and trends of terrorism
  • Take actions that may prevent or deter bombing attacks
  • Identify suspicious packages and IEDs
  • Respond appropriately to minimize the impact of an IED to life, safety, and property
  • Coordinate with local and federal first responders

This training will be held at DC HSEMA*, 2720 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20032 on January 30. Two times are being offered 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Please only register for one training.
