inBloom The Wild Crafted Cocktail by Ellen Zachos

What do you get when you combine foraging for wild, edible plants (and mushrooms) with the craft cocktail movement? A wildcrafted cocktail, of course! Try a dirty daylily martini, sumac infused gin, or rose hip liqueur. You’ll learn how to combine foraged, local, seasonal, flavors with your favorite spirits, to create unique, wildcrafted cocktails. This class includes tastings and a hands-on workshop where each participant will make their own wildcrafted bitters to take home.
After you have created your signature cocktail, stay and enjoy along with a delicious cheese tray. Copies of Ellen's most popular books will be available for purchase, be sure to get your signed copy.
